These Terms of Service apply to the PrintingProxies website and the PrintingProxies Creator Program.
1. About PrintingProxies
PrintingProxies provides custom printing services and may operate creator, influencer, or promotional campaign programs through our website.
2. Creator Program
The PrintingProxies Creator Program allows approved creators to participate in promotional campaigns by submitting eligible social media content, including TikTok videos.
To participate in campaigns that require verified social media statistics, creators may be required to connect their TikTok account or other supported platform account through the platform’s official authorization process.
3. TikTok Account Connection
When a creator connects a TikTok account, PrintingProxies uses TikTok’s official API to access authorized information needed for the Creator Program. This may include the creator’s TikTok profile information, account statistics, public video information, and public video statistics such as views, likes, comments, and shares.
PrintingProxies does not post, edit, delete, upload, or modify content on a creator’s TikTok account.
4. Video Submissions and Verified Statistics
Creators may submit eligible TikTok video URLs for campaign participation. PrintingProxies may verify submitted video statistics using TikTok’s official API or other official platform APIs.
Creator compensation, campaign credit, or promotional rewards may be calculated using verified statistics received from the official platform API. Self-reported screenshots, manually entered numbers, or unverifiable statistics may not be accepted for final payout calculations.
5. Creator Responsibilities
By participating in the Creator Program, creators confirm that they own or control the social media account they connect and that any submitted content is their own content or content they have permission to use.
Creators must comply with all applicable laws, TikTok’s Terms of Service, TikTok’s Community Guidelines, and any campaign rules provided by PrintingProxies.
6. Fraud, Abuse, and Invalid Activity
PrintingProxies may reject, remove, withhold, or adjust campaign credit or compensation if we detect suspicious activity, fake engagement, purchased views, duplicate submissions, misleading content, policy violations, unauthorized account use, or other abuse of the Creator Program.
7. Account Disconnection
Creators may disconnect their TikTok account or other connected platform account at any time. Disconnecting an account may prevent future verification of submitted content and may affect campaign eligibility or payout calculation.
Previously verified campaign records may be retained for payment processing, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, and legal compliance.
8. Payments and Campaign Rewards
Any creator payment, reward, or campaign credit is subject to campaign approval, verified statistics, eligibility requirements, and PrintingProxies review. PrintingProxies may delay, adjust, or deny payment where verification is incomplete or where suspicious or invalid activity is detected.
9. Website Use
Users agree not to misuse the PrintingProxies website, interfere with its normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
10. Changes to These Terms
PrintingProxies may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or Creator Program after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Information collected through our website and Creator Program is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
